Its been a day... began by rustproofing the tailgate hinges & ran out of paint, so l decided to change the water filters as those that were painted dried & the water valve seized up and wouldn't flow, to get things moving l decided to start the truck, pop out to get more paint & a new water...

l used an aluminium based filler underneath (approx 2-3mm) with abt 1-2mm ordinary filler, it'll flex with the tub and hopefully the outer filler won't crack...hope this helps.

Tub 1st Raptor coat dry after the prescribed 72hrs... outside on the surfline the side walls look okay..but l might get nerdy with it as l'm still not 100% happy....pics... other than that it is what it is...now to remove the tape...
