Tatonka, all wrapped up in epoxy primer. Lots of work to get here.

Tailgate, rusty bottom as usual. Previously I had sand blasted all the rusty areas, so today I am finishing it up. Made a patch panel for the skin and had to rebuild the inner lip too. Sprayed with weld-through primer and tacked it on.

Lots of sanding filler, applying more, sanding more, and on and on. Almost done though. I hope to have epoxy on tomorrow or the next day.

This one had Ben rust proofed previously. The stuff did a fine job in the rockers. It’s a wax type spray in goop, and it was still packed in the corner, and still soft and sticky. I will clean this up and weld it back on. The other side shows signs of rust, so it might be a different story.

Lower rear rockers. No evidence of rust, but I’m cutting it off to look anyway.

Land Cruiser Grilles - headlight conversions and grilles

I quit making them. I also had a 7" headlight conversion housing with a grille for the 470 too, but I will most likely not make that either.
