If you look at the 91-92 cars, the flares were not as thick. They got bulkier (stick out more) on the 93-97 models.
93-94 and 95-97 look the same but the 93/94 are fiberglass 95/97 are ABS plastic. Mounting hardware/clips are also year specific.

If you do get a matching set of Land Cruiser tail lights keep in mind you’ll need to redo your wiring.
LX has reverse lights mounted on the center of the lower hatch to the sides of the license plate area. Landcruiser reverse lights are part of the quarter-mounted tail light assembly.
