    OME Heavy install!

The DS rear wheel looks front biased, though it could be the low light angle. I'd check that.

Serious safety issue! -Master cylinder mods

I don't think that the removal of these valves from a drum brake master for a FDB modification poses any more of a safety hazard than installing a 2lb valve in it's place for this reason: Land Cruisers, by nature and design, have their master cylinders situated well above the calipers. As...

    Not "Perfectly" Level after OME...Problem?

Re: pulling to the right. The old springs may have been "pulling left" which was corrected with an alignment. You may just need an alignment. Driving on really cupped roads would cause more pulling than any lean I know of. I'm sure you'll pull the spare to see if it makes a difference...

Please explain burp of cooling system

There's nothing to skip. If the thermostat is going to be changed, you're right there anyway. You can see from the schematic that it's faster and more efficient to fill the block from the thermostat housing. When the housing starts to overflow, cinch it up, connect the top hose and fill the...

Please explain burp of cooling system

Never cared for the word "burp" myself, but what you want is to eliminate any cavitation and to operate with as much coolant in the system as possible. Since you're doing a replacement, begin your refilling straight into the block through the thermostat housing, replace the therm, and top it...

    coolant type

Any ethylene glycol... Just stay below 50% unless you're in severe conditions. In warm climates I use a 33% mix for better cooling. .

...block, freeze, core, hair, to me it's a matter of semantics. That inspection cover looks fairly clean. I wouldn't worry too much about it. .
