There is no vibration coming from my third row seat and I am quite sure they have nothing to do with the ride quality of the rig. What I need is a softer ride. I think this can only be done with softer dampers and springs. In the process of researching but haven't found anything yet. Any help...

JB: Thanks for the reply. Yes, softer than factory. We have less than smooth roads so your 'soft suspension' in the States is 'hard' here in the Philippines. Crap! They only opened a year ago so, no, they didn't officially sell the 470 here. Wouldn't the diagnostic tools for the 570 be able to handle the 470?

There is a Lexus dealer here and they do sell the new LX570. My question, though, is if a Lexus dealer would be able to diagnose (engine, suspension, etc...) my LC since the Toyota dealers here do not have the diagnostic tools to do so. Thanks!:)
