Went to Cruisers On The Rockies last week and ran into some issues at altitude. I could not fill my gas tank without it clicking off constantly, my fuel tank was building up pressure, and fuel was spilling out. Also lost a coil pack on the way... -

Wrapped all armrests and center console lid to match my seats and steering wheel in faux leather. Also replaced all rear interior panel fasteners with new ones and added rubber o-rings to reduce vibration noise.

The best $90 I've spent on a tool.. Made in Canada and makes U joint removal a breeze in comparison to socket/hammer/vice/C clamp, etc..

Finished up the front driveshaft U joint replacement. I've never done U joints before, it's more of a hassle than I thought it would be until the Tiger tool showed up. As far as I'm aware they are factory from 31 years ago and 340k miles. Getting...

Denso coils are $50 a piece on Rock Auto and yes, they are the OEM manufacturer. Denso Iridium TT plugs are $6 a pop

Josie'sLandCruiser replied to the thread What Did You Do with Your 80 This Weekend?.On my Gen 2 Tacoma that I got used (and was missing the bottle jack and tool kit) I used an engine starting rod (hand crank) from a FJ55 (slightly modified) to lower the spare tire from underneath the pickup bed. This was a long one-piece rod.
