The drivers door needs some modifications. I would reach out to the guy who made my part. I paid for the file to be made and then the part. He might be willing to give up the file.
If your arm has a cracked ring and no longer grips there is a guy making them. So far has made the arm for the rear left/drivers and the rear hatch (they are the same). I got two because these were my trouble doors.

So I found a guy and he is going to work to get this part made. Right now he did a test print for scale and to take measurements. Once it looks good he will make one with a higher quality material. I’ll test this out for a while and if there are no issues (and he lets me) I’ll post their contact...

I will try epoxy next if this fails. I enjoy fixing it more than just replacing a...
I am having the same issue with my back hatch and rear left door. I can feel the actuator so I realize the motors I ordered will not fix my issue. I pulled them apart today and found a small crack in the internal arm.
Glad to hear. I am soon to be in the market for a new radiator and I’ve heard get metal. Someone replaced the crank seal before I got it (not a LC person because they didn’t replace the oil pump seal) and beat the radiator like a red headed step child.
I’ll be looking for this one for sure.
I snapped a breaker bar trying to bump it loose with the starter and a 1/2” drive breaker bar. So far I’m not worried. I just wanted to see if it was stretch or not.
Cannot find the answer anywhere else so I thought I would ask it here.
Does the crank bolt need to be replaced each time? It’s got a stupid tight torque but it doesn’t seem to be a torque to stretch so I would guess the old one can be reused? Thoughts or answers?
