I used Cruiser Outfitters as well for a full OME kit and ARB Bumper. Kurt bent over backwards and helped me out when something wasn't right. Worth supporting if you ask me
Also, you may need a new belt. A V belt is moved through the pulleys by the contact on the sides of the belt, so if worn or the wrong width, you will most likely still have slippage even if extremely tight. I reccomend Toyota belts.
The PSP should sit level, the tension does not come from moving the PSP. The tension comes from the alternator. You will first have to Loosen the Idler pulley on the middle belt. Then tighten the power steering belt with the alternator, then snug up the middle belt with the idler/tension pulley.
Sat for 9 years. RUST in the tank. Tank is removed and will be treated and resealed. Fuel sending unit is rusted solid, won't move. Fuel pick up strainer is toast, looking for a replacement. Seems that I can only find FI fuel strainers.

I get it that struts are cool and all the new trucks use them, but man, I wouldn't be happy WHEN they start to fail. I did my rear hatch about 5 years ago. This winter and it's done. Falls on my head constantly.
I'll stick with the prop rod on the hood. Never fails.

'86 standard pickup with 22R. I was fixing a broken wire on the horn when it grounded out and shorted. I noticed the flashers stopped working also. I found an older wiring diagram in a Haynes manual that showed the flashers and horn were on the same fuse. I don't know where to look...
