Wow! I have an 82 US spec that I bought a year ago with original paint. If I hadn’t pulled the trigger on that one I would definitely be buying this one. I love the fact that it’s built to drive. Best of luck.

I met up with TexanFJ40 it was fun comparing our two rides. I seem to recall the carb cooling fan was disconnected. Not sure if that’s still the case but if the cooling fan is still not working that could be causing a vapor lock when hot.

Hey guys for those of you with older hood pins this is an awesome upgrade. I had such a strange clunking sound that I was certain I had a loose motor mount. It ended up being the hood.

What type and how do you use it? Don’t see anything obvious when looking online.
