    I have a 1987 FJ60 with a 2005 5.3 from a Tahoe. I used manifolds from a 2010 Camaro. Cats and O2 sensors were from donor vehicle.

    That is a piece of the heat shield that is bolted to the body above the exhaust all along the drivers side.

    I used 2010 camaro manifolds. They worked great.

    Fj60-62 fuel tanks

    I did it. I cut a 4" hole in the top of the tank. Welded a homemade adapter ring to the top and dropped in a modified Chevy fuel pump module. The smog ref wanted the whole module in there to pass.

    Aluminum vs Brass/copper radiator

    I put a 6.0 in my FJ62 and bought the MAF aluminum radiator. It only lasted six months before it cracked and leaked. I put the factory radiator back in and no problems.
