I did break a 21 spline t case input gear that was from TG. It was a design flaw. It broke at a hard angle. (Stress riser) the revised gear had a nice smooth radius that eliminated that stress riser.
They're about $2 each from the dealer. Can't see the logic in looking elsewhere.

21 or 23 spline wouldn't of mattered here. MC no longer makes a upgraded mainshaft. The one I broke was oem cryo treated. Now I have a TG/Longfeild chromolly main shaft.

I blew out the drag link/pitman arm connection a couple weeks ago, so it gave me a reason to install the high steer kit I've had sitting in the garage for years. I had to zip tie my steering together to get the 60 in the shop.
