Did some parts inventory and organizing this morning. Then installed a few things just to get them on the car and off the bench. Still need to finish the fuel pump wiring and some dash stuff.
OP
Instead of starting by asking a vague question, put in the work and start reading the thousands of threads and posts here about everything fj40.
All the information is here, but you have to go to it, it won't (and shouldn't) come to you...
Worked on the Sniper efi wiring and ignition stuff today. Used this cool MSD 2 channel relay unit to power the dual electric fans on the radiator. It's looks kind of busy cause this engine bay seemed to fill up fast.
Spark plug wires laid in...
Test fitting the dash trim. Stuff is loosely in place and is lining up decently. I think painting the metal part of the dash blue was the correct choice.
Been daily driving the 45 all summer. Put her to work today cleaning up a log that’s been in the field for 3 years. Finally grew tired of looking at it and mowing around it.
Got the new hvac system all wired up and connected to the stock Mustang wiring harness. It was in good shape surprisingly. Just needed some clean up. I also cleaned up the fuse block and installed all new fuses.
I connected the battery...
I finally have a FJ25. My buddy @rockcod found this on FB market place a few days ago and sent it to me. Well even with everything going on getting ready for Bonneville I couldn't pass the chance. So we made a deal over the phone and picked it up...
Nothing too picture worthy. Been working on wiring and dressing everything in place. Got the efi harness laid in.....not sure on its routing yet though.
Never been in this forum, but just read your entire thread on my lazy Sunday morning, fantastic documentation and work! Was anticipating seeing the finished product by the end of the thread ....now I gotta subscribe to follow this to...
I think I can move the trans dip stick alittle and solve my issue. Thanks for the tip though.
I cut the dash to accommodate the new center AC vent. It gets held in by the other trim pieces. It fits good so far.
Huge thanks to my friend Jay for helping out today. The hvac is mostly complete except mounting a few vents and the wiring. All hoses under hood are crimped and installed as well. We tested all the servos and blower motor as well. Progress...
Got the lines all trimmed down ready for crimping. Bummer is the one line and fitting is interfering with the transmission dip stick. The ac cannot move so, I'll have to figure out a solution for that.
The white zip ties are only for mock up...
Got the hvac unit loosely mounted under the dash. The lines will come out the center of the firewall hole when the unit is lifted into the correct place. For now, it let's me figure out all the hoses. I will get them crimped tomorrow.
At the bottom of the Vehicle Tech Forums on the main page is one called other tech. Click on the that and the top vehicle is the Bandeirante. Would try there as well.
Surprised no one posted these yet......

Working on the hvac install. Not a fan of under the dash work, but it's gotta happen. Installed the cowl vent block off plates. It eliminates the driver side fresh air vent, but it works in my favor. The oem vent was broken.
