25 years Navy (11 Deepsea, 14 EOD) retired in 2015 and now do Defense Equipment sales to US military units in San Diego, Hawaii, Guam and Japan. I have had a life-long love for Land Crusiers. It started with my father’s 1968 FJ40 in dune beige. It didn’t matter where he was going, I wanted to be in that truck!!! Since leaving to the military in 1990, I’ve owned a 1971 & 1972 FJ40, both sold due to military PCS transfers, the same fate for my 1991 FJ80. Most regrettable sales ever... the Land cruiser is part of my soul. Since moving to Nevada, I have purchased a 1978 FJ40 in Dune Beige and more recently a 1997 40th Anniversary FZJ80 in Antique Sage Pearl. I am looking forward to learning more from the community and sharing details of my build.
