Let me start over, I bought a remote off Ebay, took it to the dealer to confirm it's the right one(don't beleive anyone checked any part numbers though, just went off the overall look, it looks just like the one in the owners manual), was dark gray in color, service guy couldn't get it to...

Yes, as far as I can remember, I sent the first one back when the service guy at my dealer couldn't even get it to program, but he showed me how to do it for when I received this one so I wouldn't have to go all the way back there just for that. I also printed off the owners manual for reference.

No, actually, it's almost black, really dark gray

Not sure on the numbers, I can't make anything out on the back of the remote, but the parts guy at the dealer didn't look for numbers either, just said it looked just like the one on his comp screen for it...... that's what I get for trying to save a few bucks
