New to the group and relatively new to my cruiser. Purchased it last September, and couldn’t be happier. 1994 HZJ73 1HZ Diesel, RHD, automatic, from Japan All original except for lift kit, and stereo head unit. -

Looking good! I noticed the same thing, lots of exhaust pouring into the open cab. Putting the back seats helped but doesn’t look like you had that option. I imagine it’s much better now that you’ve got the doors in.

Well, the 79 made it about an hour down the highway before I threw in the towel and took slow back roads home. Transmission/t case were absolutely cooking. I have had excessively warm drivelines but this took the cake. I couldn't honestly...
