Northern VA, i'm unloading all of my big trucks, i have a kid on the way and wife would like a nice low entry vehicle like an RX350 or something. The LX and GX is too tall for her to get in and out. So yep, manhood taken away by a woman and child. At least she let me keep my SL Class
Practically gave mine away for $26,000. 170K miles, southern truck, no rust, baselined and well sorted out. Somebody got a great truck
Bunch of mods, sliders, rack, wheels/tires, Tundra brakes conversion
Nice, looks like you didn't even drain the coolant or removed the lower rad hose. If you were to do this job again with all your tools, how long do you think it'll take you?
Bumping this thread, i'm doing this job for a buddy tomorrow so using your method as a reference. It's been awhile so i need a refresher. I remember when i did it the last time i had to pull it from the top, after removing the fan shroud and fan. You were able to pull it out from the bottom by...
No spray, I used to use fluid film on my 470 but it attracts dirt and grime. Now I go commando and after a snow storm I go to the carwash. Previous owner told me he did that, seems to work since I hardly see any rust and every bolt is still silver in color.
Mine spent most of its life in MD and PA, and now i have it in VA. It's how you take care of it, a simple carwash that has the undercarriage spray helps a lot after driving in the snow. 2013 with 170K miles
Radiator looks like it has more than 62K miles, they only turn brown like that after 200K. Look at the valve cover gasket and the trans underneath, at 260K it would start to seep or get wet a little. Not at 62, sometimes it could be a clerical error for the mileage but you need someone who knows...
You also need these two

Those are the hard lines that connect from the caliper to the control arm, then connect to your soft hoses. They're cheap, i bought mine for like $7-8 each i think back then from McGeorge toyota.
As mentioned before, 2007-2014 Tundra calipers will bolt right up without having to enlarge the ears on the LX/LC's knuckle. You'll just need to get the hard lines and soft lines along with that to make it work.
I bought my 200 for not much more that what i sold my 06 LX for. There are pros and cons to both but at the end of the day they're both nice vehicle and can't go wrong with either one.
100 looks better and drives better as in it's smaller and more nimble. Steering feel more direct and attached...
