Replacement FJ40 Rocker Panels, who needs them?

Well, like everything today, the cost has gone up. For the first time my panel supplier asked if I would like a quote first, uh oh. Yep, the cost to me has gone up almost 70% since my last order! I currently will have to charge $630 for a pair of rockers, which seems utterly ridiculous to me...

    This Old "Beep Beep" Truck

This is the best pic I could find. It's of the 45, which is a 55 frame and about 1.5" wider than a 40. The tower usually needs to be moved towards the rear so the box will clear the radiator. A 1/4" plate is welded to the outside of the frame, to strengthen and too give additional clearance...

    This Old "Beep Beep" Truck

Well, a bitter sweet thing has happened. The 45 is gone. On to the new owner, who reports that it is working great! But that just opens up room for the next gem. A Piggy! So rotten that the B pillars were flapping in the breeze Thanks to @remy1974 for parting with this one...

Which MC are you using? If I remember correctly the early 40s used a 15/16" bore, it may be it's not moving enough volume for eight wheel cylinders? Going to the floor, without any bubbles during bleeding leads me to believe the MC is either insufficient or faulty.
