I also went this route, about a year ago, and now I have to get back in there and fix it because the cap has started leaking. I'm trying to figure out how best to fix this and came across your post.

I've seen 65" listed in other places and I'd rather have too much than too little. If I had the resources I'd have swapped out that entire line. Would have shaved a lot of time off of the repair, and lot of frustration.

My fuel pump went bad so I purchased a new OEM one. Several places state that I need to have the spacer on the unit or it will be damaged. The one I took off didn't have a spacer and it WAS damaged so.... While I was at it I replaced the fuel filter and all of the fuel lines. Now I can't...
