I've always heard that 12 mpg is about average. Anyway right now 12 would be great. Going to replace all vac hoses, most of mine are original and have never been replaced, and check timing when I get time.

Yeah thats on a full tank Idle is about the same but much smoother power is only slightly better I'll have to check vacuum and timing and hopefully figure this out.

I have a friend in another state who has a set of OME shocks bought for a 76 FJ 40 with a 3" lift but were never installed. I was wondering if I could use these on my 60 that also has a 3" lift. Are the shock mounts and shock pin sizes the same on a 60 and 40? :confused:
