Dude - how much heavier are those wheels than an oem? Additional and likely unnecessary rotational inertia kills brakes and the extra weight decreases acceleration and mpgs by more than most people will believe.

Yota used to offer a one time free ecm replacement for situations such as this. Maybe thats already been done to your vin but i would ask. Or ecm reprogram or something like that. Its documented on mud somewhere.

Depos on my 2006 work fine. Im using sylvania silver star ultra bulbs which work well. Sounds like the op may need to adjust the aim of the bulbs.
