Sorry for the delay in response, I turned off email notifications from Mud. The ETC ended up calling me out of the blue and giving me the form after reviewing documentation I emailed over in google doc form. I am not exactly sure what led them... -

If you desire/must live in an area with draconian regulations you must tailor your vehicle choice to comply. If you want to drive the vehicle you prefer, move to somewhere you can register it. Our rights to do what we want are shrinking...
