source a new buss bar and don’t forget to add to cart an new isolater
it’s ‘arcing’, which means the voltage is jumping from one side to the other; melting the metal.
post a couple more picks of what it looks like cleaned up,

tourque the nozzle holder nut to the nozzle body 51 ft/lbs
then
torque the nozzle body to head 74 ft/lbs (check my memory)
and be sure that the previous copper gasket is not underneath the new copper gasket.
They can get pretty coked up, blend right in, hard to see and hard to get...
after 81/82 can spec 3B’s with power steering came with a double grove
... but a proper new belt the right size is likely the fix.
and that depends on; what A/C was put in, do all the ‘pulleys’ have the same grove, are they aligned...
