I said you must replace the fuse... how did I say your screwed... fuse, little glass tube. I just added a lil not that the drive gear is a plastic gear that wears with time. you cant find replacements, so I had my dad cut me a new metal one, not easy.

I have the same on my 69, I touched it, it went off..(hey I was curious) shorts out the fuse.. must replace... on another note.. try finding the drive gear, LOL no one carries it, I had to have my dad make a new one.(hes a owns a machine shop..)
