Just go to any marine supply store...a mandatory tool for my boat that has the inboard/outboard configuration....without one of these, it would be a motor pull situation just to change the oil!
Not at this point...I'm going to guess that pricing would be similar, but questionable if they would have the 80 front core on hand. I know they do great work too, but the thought of having a LC specialist build one is swaying me a bit in that direction. I've always had great luck with...
I stopped by and saw Paul at World Tour...he's willing to do it, but about 3-4 weeks out, maybe a squeeze in since it's a bench job that I'd have out for him already. He's disappointed in the Yukon gears now and said Nitro was in the same boat and most likely out of business. Revolution is the...
We tricked Fred and Kevin into this one...you should have seen the look on Fred's face when he came out of it and saw the 3-4 others in front of him still clean! Kevin's poor passenger got a mud bath from his left shoulder to finger tips... :steer:
I had the Active ones for a while...nice fit and they did their job well, almost too well....I went back to traditional stops with blocks as they limited my travel a bit on the harder wheeling obstacles.
From what I researched back then, it looks like the bumper part is longer/larger for the...
Yeah, I have mine cleaned every 3 months...just a small unit, so it doesn't get too bad and my dishwasher does a great job keeping the baffles cleaned regularly. My now retired appliance repair guy for 30 years used to show me pics of some of the local restaurants and what he would find in the...
Hey, like Jake said...I do like a good excuse for the front locker option...you know, a "while you are in there" type of thing, just throw an extra $1300.00 at the solution!
Nice to find a solution to a long-term issue! And good job on the brake cleanup...even with minimal mud compared to most trips, that Sh%t still gets into everything!
Yeah, especially since I can pull it apart and take just the 3rd to save on the laborious part of pulling the front axles out...I know that Paul does a ton of Jeep stuff of course, but when we went to the open house, 1000's of shims hanging above the "gear bench" proves it. I'll reach out to...
Front is completely gone...fortunately with my upgrade last year to the free spool transfer case and manual lockers up front, I was able to get off of the trail and back home 350+ miles with the front unlocked. Of course this was on basically our last little stretch of the trip with a mentality...
