Wow... simple fix! It was low on antifreeze, and after a fill-up I'm back in business. Easy solution to this one. Thanks guys!

OK, I'm a newbie and I LOVE my 94 FJ. Only problem is my heater kicked out on me this week. It went slowly, working periodically, then quit totally. Ideas? Hopefully I can get this baby fixed before a c-c-c-cold morning in the Colorado mountains! :D THANKS!
