By alarm ignition interrupt do you mean the starter cut relay controlled by the alarm?

I believe I have isolated the issue to a problem between the 50 amp am1 fuse and the NSS. I have power to and from the 50A fuse but no power to the NSS. Checked for power to the NSS from the large black and the large white wire going into the NSS while I had someone turn the key and nothing...

Yes my 93 is under the seat. My 94 had an aftermarket alarm of some sort.

Assuming its the 056700-4810 or the -4800 at the drivers side kick panel then I have replaced them

Battery is good. Borrowed a power probe and starter button from work. It cranks over using the starter button.

It is not turning over at all. I checked continuity to said ground wire and cleaned and sanded the block and ground wire.

Verified continuity on both fuseable links. The old one and the new one. Both good. Replaced NSS and the starter. And still no crank. The only noise is 2 clicks from the relay on driver side. Put a jumper pack on the battery just to be double sure and still nothing. I have no idea where to go...
