Alright.........learning as I go here. Found an old post with highlighting a problem with a white plug on power seats which tends to either fall out, or suffer from stripped threads, the end result being no rearward movement in the seats. How do I access this plug to inspect it, or even see...

If someone could tell me the best way to just get the switches out of the seat so I can replace them, that would be the greatest help. I know it's nothing complicated...........just don't want to break anything in the removal process. Thanks.
