    Key not releasing

    There is a physical interlock between the shifter and the ignition switch. Sounds like it is broken or out of alignment.

    Mileage vs RPM's

    From other threads I have read there is not a lot you can do for mileage with these big girls. Better airflow in and out has helped with my other vehicles. My VW saw went from 18 to 24 with an intake, chip and exhaust change. For my 3FE there is no chip that works so keeping the motor well tuned...

    Chesapeake Va here 91 FJ80 w/ 202,000. ABR Front bumper w/m10000 winch 3in lift Working on the cruise control VSS now and trying to squeeze a couple of extra miles out to the tank. So I very interested in the de-smog and the custom exhaust from those of you that have already done them.
