UPDATE! I replaced the AM1 7.5A fuse and my AHC is working again! I found this fuse is apart of the circuit that supplies the IG power source. My +b and IG voltages were down around 7.5 volts The fuse test just fine with an ohm meter, but when I replaced it, everything started functioning...
