Working through this spare fitment issue now and just looked into the new spare carrier, though it looks like the same part fits 2008-2021 (link below for reference). Is part # 5190060322 the right one to fit the smaller center bore wheel? Figured this would be my alternate plan if I muck up...

KShorthairs, that looks slick. Is any trimming/ massaging required to prevent rubbing, or are you planning to do that for another reason?

Thanks Heckraiser for the feedback. Considering these are two of the most highly rated and recommended Toyota/ Lexus overland shops in Atlanta, I expected tire fitment knowledge to be table stakes. Of course, they could also expect their customers to at least be able to pick out compatible tire...
