Turning radius with the 5' bed is atrocious compared to my 80. Even the 5' won't fit in my garage.

We can talk about it Thursday evening at camp. There are a couple of obstacles on Gold Mountain that the wider and longer wheelbase of the Tacoma may not handle well, and they aren't the gatekeeper. PS. I'll be coming up Friday the 25th. Wine Dinner Thursday evening.

Gold Mountain is the one with the gatekeeper atcthe beginning or end depending on your start, right?

My favorite is the river campsites at the far end of the meadows.

Probably in for Big Bear. Drove by the exit to Virginia Lakes on the 395 going to Tahoe last week. 6+ hours easy. No thanks. Better news is that the highway bypassing Olancha is almost finished.

We use 146.535 for ham
