'94 Cruiser need tech help

I just bought a '94 cruiser and can not figure out how to change the front marker light. Do you have to take the headlight assembly out to reach it? I have had Toyota's all my like and finally got my dream Toyota...........have a car, truck that I bought new in '98 w/ TRD package and 336,000...
