    We just cut 2.25 inches out of the fan shroud and weld it back together to fit the intercooler;)

    The seal material is actually a Jeep;p door seal. Just hit your local salvage yard and pull any bit of good weatherstripping from a SUV hatchback and you're in! I'll post more photos tomorrow. The ones above are all that I had left in my camera when the customer came to get the front mounted...

    Hey guys, new to your site. I have some shots of 2 differrent BJ 70's that we added a turbo and intercooler. We've done it two ways. The top mount (cutting holes in BJ hoods is always a rush!) and front mount. Someone tell me how to post up photos and I'll get er done!
