Long term update on this thread:
The SOLDER method is still holding strong on the front door. Additionally, the 12V lock actuator motor is still holding up even in a 24V system. I will consider that a permanent solution.
The LOCTITE method failed after 3 years. The gear started spinning on...
This is an R12 condenser, but works fantastic with R134a. I ran it for a few years with R134a, zero leaks. Eventually I converted to the new style R134a condenser, which required a LOT of custom fittings and brazing. Not recommended.

I have a 1992 HZJ77 with a manual transmission 16400-17080 radiator in it. I am running the 16711-17090 shroud, and it bolts up perfectly.

I then bought @FJ73Texas old front row seats from...

Sounds like you have an exhaust leak though. Exhaust leaks are pretty easy to find by inspecting each joint. Or, you can get crazy and plug the...
It had to be trimmed along the entire A-pillar, along the edge that touches the window. I don't remember how much had to be trimmed off. It was just enough to get it to catch under the lip of the windshield rubber seal.
This was only possible, because the trans pan was removed.
The stick length is based on it stopping at the top when you push it in to its holder at the top of the engine.
Two front, two rear headrests. These will fit 70 or 80 series Land Cruisers.

Please take note of the notches on the sides of the headrests posts. If they do not match, you can swap the receivers side to side..
