I have a 24 volt electric system in my ’84 BJ42 with the 3B 3.4 4 cyl engine. My alternator was not working. I had it remanufactured by a local shop. How much should the voltage output be if the alternator is working 100% effectively?

***UPDATE*** 1/26/10 So I ordered the zero start block heater to be put through the freeze plug. It had trouble sealing even with some sealant and anti-freeze is leaking. It's not fitting like it should. Is there any other supplier that builds better quality? I don't mind the price. What...

The driver and passenger side carpet gets wet when it rains. i think it might be a clogged drain coming the sunroof. How can I unplug that drain so the water is running freely and not overflowing onto the carpet. Where can I access the sunroof drainage tube?
