    2009 LC Nav Delete (Harness)

I tried Metra and they said they didn't have anything to integrate an aftermarket radio. Also, talked to a Toyota dealership about the clock - they didn't have any 83910-60190 but did have 83910-60200 but showed it long discontinued with no current part number. I will have to keep looking...

    Early Model LC200 Head Gasket

Just completed a 2,289mi road trip with no issues! Aside from the tires being a little out of round from sitting on them for so long 😅

    2009 LC Nav Delete (Harness)

yes indeed! I have looked at partsouq. they show the part 83910-60190 out of stock along with other parts retailers including Toyota dealers. The part that I see available from Toyota is 83910-60290, which I would assume is the subsequent replacement part, but I don’t know how to confirm that.

    2009 LC Nav Delete (Harness)

That is promising! Thank you. Yes, the AC works great. All four zones are functional and it takes input on temperature adjustments from the buttons on the vents on the driver and passenger side.

    2009 LC Nav Delete (Harness)

Alright so I abandoned the concept of the wiring harness (for the time being), but I was able to successfully wire up the AC circuit. I started by building out the F10 connector. If I had to do it again I would probably just wait until after everything was soldered to insert the pins. Below...

    2009 LC Nav Delete (Harness)

I purchased the following parts from Toyota Parts Deal to start gathering requisite components: 90980-12552 90980-11911 55900-60F11 82998-12690 82998-12740 82998-12870 I wasn't able to find the clock (83910-60190) although in @alta thread he mentions part number 83910-60200 which looks more...

    2009 LC Nav Delete (Harness)

Yeah I'm starting to realize why a harness hasn't been done yet. Bummer. It looks like the connectors are almost certainly Yazaki 64 or 040 series but after extensively going through their catalog, I realized that these are just custom connectors made for Toyota. The next best option is probably...

    2009 LC Nav Delete (Harness)

A long while back, I tore the nav system out of my 2009 cruiser. Specifically because it was being used for things where I needed to mount tablets/screens where the nav would go. I haven't missed it, except for the airbags and the AC which is pretty tough to live without in the heat of the...

    Early Model LC200 Head Gasket

All new. I reused cam phaser gears and chains, but got new tensioners, guides, etc. It doesn’t seem like it’s out of time at all now that it’s running. Very smooth, 0 DTC.

Yeah I just ended up doing this with a small wooden stick and then just advancing the motor until the timing lined up. Seems alright
