Wow, that would be a very happy result. The fluid does seem like water. I put a plastic bucket underneath, and tasted it. No taste. Only thing I don't understand is why there would be any condensate given it's 55 degrees out now. Granted, it's very humid out. And it's dripping pretty...
Some clear fluid is dripping when I start the truck up... I caught it on video, and it appears to be coming from behind this metal plate, which is attached to the firewall, in the back of the engine bay. Is there a coolant line there?

It does not fit perfectly. There is a small gap @ the bottom, but w my grill guard you can't see it. I don't think it's a big deal even if you could see it. Grill came from the middle east. And there are 3 very small holes on the right which i THINK are there for the Turbo plastic nameplate...
Bought a new grill on eBay for $150. Older model style (94 and before?) Fits well on my 96. I prefer this look! Comments re: damage multiplier expected, and will be duly ignored. I dig it the look, and she's a grocery getter.
My 96 has rattles and shakes of something(s) when I’m on rough roads and bumps.
I have an 06 4runner which is rock solid. No rattles or shakes regardless of how rough the road.
Are there obvious things to tighten up or secure?
