Exhaust pics A local muffler shop, Howard's Muffler in Victorville, CA, did an awsome job on my exhaust. It sounds real good.

New wheels and tires! Pro comp wheels series 8069 15X8, -19mm offset. BFG km2 tires 32X11.50 15's.

Just thought I would pass this info on. I know I looked high and low for an answer and never found one. I did the mini truck disc brake conversion on my 40. I did a ton of rersearch and found out alot of wheels either hit the steering arm or rub on the caliper. I also wanted a black wheel...

Caliper clearnce problem solved I just picked up a Pro Comp Series 8069 today and bolted it up. It clears the caliper and misses the steering arm.:clap: I ordered the rest and they should be here next week. I will post picks when they are mounted up.

I used a raptor liner kit and it came with the gun. I am real happy the way it turned out. It is hard, but smooth. Not rough at all. As far as the steering wheel, when I did the saginaw conversion, I tried to get the steering wheel in the stock position. It does look higher, but I like it...

More update. All the wiring is working. The lights were a pain in the backside, but I figured them out. My main problem now is the wheels. I need a black off road wheel that will not rub the caliper and not hit the steering arm. ANY SUGGESTIONS? Isn't that acool sight, the kids are ready...

Long overdue update. Here are some pics. If someone wants any specific pics, let me know. I had a really cool two into one exhaust done. All the upholstery is done. It fires up and sounds beautiful. I cant really drive it though because of the wheels rubbing the calipers in front.

DSRTRDR, thanks for info. If I wire as you stated above, where does the brake light wire connect that runs to the rear? Thanks

Ok, update. I disconnected the side markers from the tail light wire (green wire). Everything works except tail lights. I have a green wire with white stripe and a green wire coming from rear light. Should the turnsignal be one wire and the brake/ tail be the other?? Im so close
