Smoke wrench heat works really well. I watched a guy in Iowa pull the hinges off of three windshield frames in a row. Every single screw came out.
Hint: propane torch isn’t hot enough. Mapp gas or oxy acetylene for the win.

I color sanded and feathered the two blocks of paint, but left the transition at the back of the door jamb obvious on purpose. Good enough for a trail rig.

A little bling. Installed some stainless steel valve cover nuts that @cwags12 sent me . About the same amount of shine as my yellow zinc nuts, but I did note that they went on easier than the ones I took off.
