No, it stays exactly the same. I tested it a few times from 10-15 MPH, until completely stopped. The noise didn't change, or stop until the tires did.

Did you disconnect the battery when changing belts?

So I was able to get the stripped adjustment screw out fairly easily. I was also able to adjust it down to about 95F but that was at the full range of adjustment. It may be a few degrees above that. Now I just need to find a new screw and fill it back up. I do need to order a new fan clutch...
