I would say there are numourous small internal differences, everyone here justs buys a whole H152, swaps the required parts for their engine and off they go
I do laugh at all manufacturers claims of improved efficiency, it just does not translate to the real world. What does partially translate is improved emissions but mostly now days that is done through after treatment, not actual engine...
Correct, so if you want more max fuel, screw in the max fuel screw more, not sure what your issue is? On mine I have the max fuel screw all the way in.
Lift doesnt help with tyre clearance. Flex it up and cut away everything that is in the way, usually the front guards etc. Even with good leaf spring front flex the factory 31'' hit the guards hard.

I've got a water consumption issue, previously I thought it was the water to air intercooler as I found coolant in the the inlet track, which I drained ~ 2 years ago (car does not do many kms). Noticed on the weekend gone coolant was low again...
Those sound completely unrelated to your oil, pretty much everyone here in Aus uses 15W/40 incl myself in their FTE and I have no concerns between -10c to 45c temp range.
