Just started today, what seemed random at first, has been confirmed to be EVERY TIME I release the brake pedal, all doors unlock? Any thoughts? I checked all fuses, and checked the rear hatch wiring harness from some other posts I read about.

How old is your Cruiser? It's probably time for a replacement / rebuild...which means there's no way around it. You'll need to pull it for either. Personally, if I'm going to the trouble or expense of pulling the starter out, I'm going to replace with a quality part instead of rebuilding...

Check out Kelly TSR Safari also...I'm running 33's and got 50k miles out of the last set. Somewhat aggressive for an A/T, but not very loud on the road. I'm on set number 2 currently.
