Check your wheel bearings. if you followed the FSM, they may be loose. Needs to be 35 LB-FT / 45 LB-FT. (Not LB-IN)
Grease in the front knuckle. Could be a dry spindle bushing.
Check caliper bolts to make sure they are tight.

Here’s a pic of the front drive shaft, there’s an indent on the rust spot but no fresh metal to indicate rubbing.
I’ve had a grinding noise from the front right to middle right side of my cruiser for a few hundred miles. Sounds like a whaw whaw whaw only between 13-20MPH. Not a consistent sound, about 1 second between the whaws.

The two problems likely are not related. My guess is door jamb switch and door lock actuator motor. Does the overhead light come on when the PS rear door is opened?
Thanks y’all, fixed the washer issue and relocated the clamp so it’s not contacting down pipe. Ended up putting in a new screw and nut I had on hand.

1. Obviously you would direct the clamps so that the fasteners are away from the other parts, but those clamps are quite a chore to align.

the orientation of the clamps do not matter as long as they are clearing any parts. those are the correct hardware that is included with the tial wastegates.
When the shop did my reinstall, I don’t think they oriented the wastegate clamp properly. Two questions:
1) which direction should the clamp/bolt face. You can see it’s currently contacting the down pipe.
2) Pretty sure that’s not original...
