Oh dang I glossed over the 3F missing the E part. I don't really know.... the head will for sure bolt to the block and has extra ports for the air injection and fuel injectors I believe. You may be able to work around that but then i'm not sure the carb manifold will bolt up. May want to ask someone smarter than me on the subject. Check with Kurt and cruiser outfitters or Georg at Valley Hybrids.... heck they would be the two in the US most likely to have a 3F head lying around.
