Sign me up! Sounds like a great deal. What would work best for you Edwin in the sense of dates. I don't want to be of any issue to you whether it be scheduling or too many hunters at once.

Luis you meet him at the round up. he was my friend drive the green 80. he had to go back into town to pick up his wife but then returned. any how let me talk with him maybe we can add to more guys to the list for april or maybe we should go out with a small group?

Thanks for the offer Luis, but that would be a good ways out of your way since it looks like a straight shot from Austin to junction and its up 10 from San Antonio.

Come down to San Antonio, I'll take you hog hunting. I could probably learn a tactic or two from you since I'm fairly new to hog hunting but where I have access to property there is a large population of hogs.

Camo not needed.
shoot through the shoulder blade
use good ammo
bring beer and smokes
Bring iphone to play angry birds if you get bored.

no i think killing hogs is free. but you would have to pay for the cabin $50.00 a night.




I'M HEADING DOWN THERE THIS WEEKEND AND WILL SET UP A TIME FOR US TO GO AND HUNT. WHEN I GET A DATE I WILL NEED A TRUE HEAD COUNT SO I CAN GIVE IT TO THE LAND OWNER.
I'M THINKING SOME TIME NEXT MONTH.

ok so here is the deal. we need at least 4 hunters to commit on hunting deer. with out 4 for sure hunters i can't get any thing booked. if you commit there will be a $50 non refundable deposit you will need to send to the me or the ranch master?
if we can get at least 4 folks to commit then we can set a date and get this going.
this pass weekend we ended up taking
10 good size hogs (eater size)
1 axis doe (around 145lbs)

every one seen deer but most guys did not fill like they were close enuff to take a kill shot (thats a sign of a good hunter) only shoot if you know it's going to be a kill shot.

it's not getting any cooler so if we are going to do this we will need to get on it asap.
