He's had my merchandise for 11 months now, and keeps hedging about paying. Dunno what story he's telling his local club, but I guess they believed it.

WTF??? It's been a year of PM's, emails, excuses and headaches.

Watch for a Cajun name change soon, since he is incapable of being a standup guy using the current Mud handle.

Well, that's my best professional 'outside' voice. [I'm at work: u 2?] Inside voice isn't fit for closing time at the worst biker bar you can think of.

Short of swooping down and pounding the tar outta him (believe me, I'm SOOO tempted), there aren't a whole lot of options. Fraud paperwork has been filed w/the USPS (x 2- he screwed another Mudder also), his club members tried to help and have distanced themselves from this 'incomplete transaction', and he lives about 2000 miles away.

Got any MERSA I could send his way?

I have very little forgiveness for folks who are deadbeat buyers/sellers, if a transaction is complete and money has exchanged hands its simple.

Understood. This is about TCC only. Sorry if it read otherwise: I didn't name the club for a reason, and Cajuns I've known claim the title even when they move elsewhere. Appreciate all the effort put into attempting resolution.


FOR THE RECORD: Cajun65 & a couple other people attempted to bring about a conclusion some months back. That was documented in the deleted thread.
