I had an issue witha mud member who also ran ads here. I posted the issue here, and once that was done, he finally responded. He asked me to remove the thread. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and asked a moderator to remove the thread. It was removed.

I have regretted doing that. In hindsight I should have left the thread, and let people make their own opinions.

He edited his answer. He originally said that he had returned the money, and had confirmation that the OP had received it.

I saw the original post before it was edited. It said something (IIRC) about he returned the money and the MO had been cashed - and something about a 60...I can't remember. I wish I had quoted it.

It's been gone since I dropped $40 to next day it to him for a trip.

It ain't about the money, it's about the fact that he thinks he can get away with taking Mudders for a ride.

The deleted thread had posts from other folks with incomplete business transactions from him. Total is around $700 IIRC.

Mudgods unable to reinstate deleted post after email request.

Protip - print to file before you delete a thread like that. Then you can repost it as a pdf if they don't follow through.

I don't have a dog in this fight besides not wanting to see a fellow MUDer get taken and I'm not saying he was or was not - BUT - coming in here and acting like a 10 year old throwing around 'Mama' comments won't get you anywhere.

My suggestion, and take it for what its worth, is for proof to be posted that the situation has been taken care of.

Frankly, no matter who is in the right or wrong your current attitude leave a lot to be desired.
