Hit a feral pig the other night doing about 40 mph
pig weighed 150-200 lbs. any other vehicle and I wouldn't have driven away.
also lucky I had just taken the bumperettes off or the passenger side would have gone right into the tire

 Wow, glad everything was ok. Nice excuse to upgrade the front armor huh? :)

Yeah I think I'm gonna go with a homemade double tube bumper.
the shipping cost of parts to the big island can be as much as the part itself

MMMMM Bacon, pork chops, sausage... ohh my.

Looks like you hit it square on - that must of been a waker-upper!

So....what did you do with the pig if anything? Inquiring minds and all that ~

LUAU! Hey, that reminds me. I'm due for my friend's surprise luau b-day party in an hour!
We've got a lot of elk around here--one of the main reasons for my ARB. Glad radiator's ok.

And I thought the the factory bumper was a POS!

Hit it square on, ran over it with the back tire, and d*mned if it didn't get up and run away!
...tough pigs on the big island!
no mo da smoke meat brah

I did the same thing to a 100-150 lb. whitetail doe about three months ago. Hit it square in the front end and went directly over it. I heard her roll completely underneath the 80. I stopped got out and was amazed that there was no damage. The was some white and brown fur in the plastic fog light cover. That was it. And to top it off she got up and ran off as well.

At least the pig or the deer either moved or got run over, my tree did not mved, worst, I get to see the dam tree every day I go to work.

it was up Hamakua, by pepekeo on the belt road, I had allready had 2 near misses in the last 5 years, those pigs are everywhere! The upside is anytime I want pork I can just go set my cage trap
