My new LC 76 1HZ

My 2013 1HZ 76 finally arrived last night. I thought I'd share some pics while it is still virgin.

A very big thanks to boozewz for all his help in sourcing this!!

Here are the highlights from the factory:

2013, 1HZ 4.2L Diesel engine, front and rear lockers, four wheel disk brakes with ABS, driver and passenger air bags, snorkel, winch. Edit- and 130L fuel tank

What is this?

After installing the misc parts that came inside the 76, I have one item that I can't identify (no instructions attached).

Any ideas on what this part is for?

Are they spacers for the rear lights? When I used to predeliver new trucks they came with spacers for the indicators on the doors, I think if there was a wide bull bar or rear body fitted. We never needed to fit them but.
Does your HZ have egr?

His 1hz does not have egr.

Does anyone know why his brake fluid reservoir and fuel filter is on the wrong side?

Looks like some kind of fitting for the air ducts under the dash for heat/AC. If it has a P/N maybe you can back track it? John

I'm not sure if it has an EGR but given the lack of emissions regs in the Middle East I suspect hzj79lee is probably right.

You may be right inkpot, I'll look at the Ac/heater tomorrow and see if there is a spot for it. I looked under the hood but saw nothing.

Also I forgot to add that it has a 130L fuel tank. A nice improvement for 2013 over the previous 90L.

This looks like part of the snorkel ducting and should go on the inside of the fender to connect the duct to the air cleaner.

Please post the pictures of dashboard. I want to see how diff lock switch looks like in the car. This car come everything manual - keys, doors and windows etc.....

Those things I think are for snorkel ducting.

There is no EGR VSV on the intake manifold. It's a pure engine.

Here are the requested dash photos. A little strange that it has electronic locks but no remote lock/unlock.

Also it has a vent inside the glove box, I guess to act as a cool box if you want:

The snorkel appears to be properly connected to the air filter. I don't see anywhere that piece would fit. Maybe it is the air intake when you don't have a snorkel?

Here is the writing on that piece.

I just googled that 53297-60050 and it shows to be a "Pipe, Cool Air Intake". I'm still not sure where it would actually fit though, or if it is redundant.
