I'm pretty sure this is sold but I don't have the deposit in hand yet. I have one in line next if first buyer backs out but will keep you all posted.With all the interest wishing I would have asked a little more but at least this way it will be a quick sale and will go to a MUD-er as this was the only place I listed it.
